CECILY REYNOLDS, MD
OWNER/MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Reynolds is a physician with over 20 years of experience in medicine and is board certified through the American Board of Emergency Medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from Dartmouth Medical School, now known as the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She did her residency training as an emergency physician in Oakland, California at Alameda County Medical Center/Highland Hospital, and followed this with fellowship training in Emergency Ultrasound in Denver, Colorado at Denver Health Medical Center.
Before attending medical school, Dr. Reynolds was a Peace Corps Volunteer in North Africa, working in low resource environments to develop a health education program along the Senegal River. Since becoming a physician, Dr. Reynolds has worked in various locations across the United States as well as internationally, most recently in the United Arab Emirates where she helped open Cleveland Clinic’s flagship hospital in Abu Dhabi. Living in such diverse environments has helped engender a respect for different perspectives and cultures, and Dr. Reynolds brings that respect to her practice of aesthetics and medicine.
Dr. Reynolds believes that beauty is in how a person perceives themselves, and she is thrilled to be able to help both men and women feel powerful and confident through tailored treatment plans that emphasize the best in each individual. With a natural artistic eye and her medical expertise, she combines skincare, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation techniques to help achieve best results.
Dr. Reynolds is an avid reader and hiker, and especially enjoys getting outside with her two dogs.
Brandi Jensen
OWNER/PRACTICE MANAGER AND CLIENT CONCIERGE
Brandi is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in medical sales and 15 years of experience in aesthetics. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s in Applied Science. Brandi launched her own prosperous medical sales business, developing strong relationships with a diverse group of clients, physicians, and hospitals. She has also helped friends plan and open their own aesthetic practices across the United States, all of which have continued to grow and be successful.
Brandi has the incredible ability to make everyone around her feel important and beautiful, and she brings that same talent to her new business. It has been a long-standing dream to open her own medical spa, and her respect for the individual, love of beauty, and understanding of the importance of personalized relationships make Ravvivare special.
Brandi is an enthusiastic hiker, excellent cook, and proud mother to her daughter.
Kayla Bennett, COO
Chief Operating Officer/ Certified Advanced Esthetician
Kayla is an Advanced Esthetician who has been in the industry for 8 years. She began her esthetics education at the Aveda Institute of Phoenix and later moved back to her hometown, Eugene where she received her Advanced Esthetics training and certification. She has a passion for making people feel confident in their own skin by utilizing advanced treatments with medical grade products to correct skin concerns efficiently and non-invasively. Education is an important part of Kayla’s practice, she taught standard esthetics back in Eugene, and she keeps her knowledge up to date and shares it with each of her clients. She ensures to provide appropriate and effective services that yield phenomenal results with top tier service. When she’s not in the office, Kayla loves exploring all of the incredible sites and activities central Oregon has to offer, travels when possible, and visits family as often as she can.
Alyssa Abbey
Certified Physician Assistant
Alyssa Abbey is a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peri-menopause and menopause care, dermatology and aesthetic medicine such as neuromodulator and dermal filler injections. She has been practicing in the Bend, OR community for 18 years. She attended Barry University in Miami, Florida for medical school and is proud to be a University of Oregon Duck. Alyssa’s practice blends comprehensive, individualized care. As a certified Biote provider and national aesthetic injector trainer, she is passionate about empowering both patients and practitioners through education and personalized health programs. She offers integrative care to both men and women that supports their overall health, aging and confidence. While not at work, she is chasing her children Ruby and Wilder around the outdoors and enjoying an active lifestyle in this beautiful place we get to call home.
Kendal Richison
MA
Kendal has nearly 10 years of experience in the medical field. Born and raised in Central Oregon, she obtained her education through Central Oregon Community College. After graduating she went on to work at a successful start-up Urgent Care here in Bend, OR. A few years later she moved to the surgical side of medicine, working in both orthopedics and cosmetic and plastic surgery. She is a regional trainer for a nationwide medical practice, specializing in educating her peers on the most up to date medical techniques, standards-of-care, and compliance. Kendal’s passion for education shines when talking with patients and providing them with information to make the best decisions for their individual beauty journeys. Outside of work she spends her time riding dirt bikes and side by sides with her two kids, fiancé and 3 dogs.
Ryleigh Crenshaw

Ryleigh is an Aesthetic Nurse injector with a strong foundation in both health sciences and patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Oregon State University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University. With nearly 3 years of nursing experience, she developed a deep commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Her transition into Aesthetic nursing with Ravvivare Health & Wellness stems from a passion for combining science and artistry to help clients feel confident and empowered in their own skin. She specializes in providing safe, personalized injectable treatments, always prioritizing natural results and client education.
Haviland Eves
Advanced Esthetician
Haviland is an Advanced Esthetician with three years of experience in the industry. She began her esthetics career in Eugene, where she completed both her basic and advanced esthetics training and certifications. Afterward, she opened her own salon in her small hometown of Philomath, Oregon.
Haviland has always dreamed of moving to Bend and was excited for the opportunity to join the team at Ravvivare Health & Wellness. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their skin goals and feel confident in their own skin. Haviland is also a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, running, hiking, practicing yoga, and being with friends and family.
