Membership Terms and Conditions
- All Ravvivare Health & Wellness clients are eligible for memberships.
- VIP, Essential, and Elevate Memberships require a 12-month commitment.
- Memberships may be suspended for up to 3 months with 2- week advance notice to Ravvivare Health & Wellness.
- Members may cancel their memberships at any time after the minimum monthly requirement has been met. Partial refunds for the month remaining are not provided.
- The membership billing cycle is monthly, occurring on the 1st day of the month. If your membership is purchased after the 1st day of the month, we will speak to you regarding whether you will be able to fully take advantage of your benefits for that month, or whether your first date of membership begins with the following billing cycle.
- VIP, Essential, and Elevated Memberships are eligible to be upgraded or downgraded to a different tier with notice prior to the next billing cycle. If memberships are downgraded to Elevated, Botox banking will occur from the date of the next billing cycle.
- Select membership benefits are transferable. Remainder of benefits are non-transferable.
- Unused services do not roll over to the next month of membership.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Members have priority booking but this is subject to availability. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Ravvivare Health & Wellness reserves the right to modify membership terms, benefits, and fees, with 60 days’ notice to current members.
- Ravvivare Health & Wellness reserves the right to terminate membership for inappropriate behavior.
